About Us

Founded by Ray Cliff at the end of 2010 following 5 years successful trading as Ray Cliff Consulting, OPTIMISE was established to deliver innovative shopping centre management solutions which allow individuals and organisations to optimise results.

Ray has over 20 years experience working for various blue chip UK organisations including Capital Shopping Centres, Prudential, Lend Lease and Hammerson - in a variety of roles ranging from Asset Management through to Property and Facilities Management on a large number of very successful Schemes including the setting up and subsequent management of both The Mall at Cribbs Causeway near Bristol and Touchwood in Solihull.

Ray is supported by a small team and network of strategic partners around the UK.
